What happens next
A real conversation, not a call centre
The person who answers your WhatsApp message is the professional who reviews your matter — not a script reader routing you elsewhere.

FAQ
Before you call
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing and carries no obligation. We use it to understand what you are protecting and tell you which service you need — including telling you when you do not need one yet.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one working day for form submissions and email. WhatsApp messages are usually answered the same day during working hours.
Do I need to visit your office?
No. Indian IP filings are entirely electronic and registry hearings are conducted by video conference. Everything can be handled over WhatsApp and email regardless of where you are based.
What should I have ready for the first call?
For a trademark: your brand name or logo and a description of what you sell. For a patent: a plain description of the invention and what problem it solves. For incorporation: the proposed name, number of founders and whether you plan to raise funding. Nothing needs to be formal.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you send is treated confidentially and never shared. For patent matters, where premature disclosure destroys novelty, we sign an NDA before you share technical detail if you would prefer.
